MILITARY COLLEGE JEHLUM ADMISSION 8th CLASS ENTRY – 2015

  ADMISSION 8th CLASS ENTRY - 2015

1.         Applications are invited for admission to Military College Jhelum in 8th Class Entry 2015. The application form (along with prospectus and old question papers) can be obtained by any of the following procedures:-

a.         From Military College Jhelum. Application form can be obtained from the College at the following rates:-

(1) Army Officers (Serving / Retired) and Civilians Rs. 560/-
(2) Army JCOs/Sldrs (Serving / Retired) Rs. 280/-

b.         By Post.        Application form can also be obtained by post by sending Bank Draft of following amount in the name of Commandant Military College Jhelum payable at Habib Bank Limited Sarai Alamgir (Code 0658). Bank Draft required by this College must be prepared from Habib Bank Limited:-

(1) Army Officers (Serving / Retired) and Civilians Rs. 620/-
(2) Army JCOs/Sldrs (Serving / Retired) Rs. 340/-

c.         College Website.    Application form can also be downloaded from College website (www.militarycollege.edu.pk). In this case, a Bank Draft of the amount mentioned in the downloaded form, in the name of Commandant Military College Jhelum, must be attached with the application.

d.         From Army Selection and Recruitment Centre. Form / Prospectus can also be obtained from the following Army Selection and Recruitment Centres:-

            b.         Qualification.  The candidate must be student of class 7th or 8th in               April 2015.

LIFTING OF BAN ON TRANSFER/POSTING IN PUNJAB SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

the competent authority has been pleased to approve lifting of ban on posting/transfer of teaching staff with effect from 1st August 2014. It will remain uplifted upto 30th August 2014.

The respective transferring authorities shall issue transfer orders according to the transfer policy 2013 issued vide No. SO (SE-IV) 2-34/2009 (Transfer) dated 17th April 2013and as amended dated 24th July 2014. Following time lines shall be observed for issuance of transfer orders:

کراچی: محکمہ تعلیم نے انٹر کے داخلوں کے لیے پیچیدہ طریقہ کار اورآن لائن داخلہ فارم جمع کرانے میں طلبا کو درپیش شدید مشکلات پر نئی داخلہ پالیسی تبدیل کردی۔

تبدیلی آن لائن داخلہ پالیسی کی ناکامی اور نتائج سامنے نہ آنے کے بعد کی گئی ہے،محکمہ تعلیم انٹر کے داخلوں کیلیے اب 50 ہزار داخلہ فارم اور کتابچے شائع کرے گا، تفصیلات کے مطابق محکمہ تعلیم نے نئی داخلہ پالیسی میں تبدیلی کرتے ہوئے اب داخلہ فارم اور معلوماتی کتابچہ چھاپنے کا بھی فیصلہ کرلیا ہے فیصلے کے تحت انٹرنیٹ کی عدم دستیابی کی صورت میں اب طلبہ وطالبات فارم اور کتابچہ حاصل کرکے داخلہ فارم جمع کراسکیں گے۔

محکمہ تعلیم فوری طور پر50 ہزارداخلہ فارم چھاپ رہی ہے یہ فیصلہ نئی داخلہ پالیسی کے اعلان کے بعد طلبہ و طالبات کی جانب سے 11دن کے دوران محض 4 ہزار آن لائن داخلہ فارم جمع ہونے کے بعد سامنے آٰیا ہے، شہر کے کم و بیش ایک لاکھ طلبہ وطالبات کو انٹر کے داخلوں کے لیے درخواست دینی ہے، چھاپے جانے والے 50 ہزارداخلہ فارم اور کتابچے آئندہ ہفتے سے طلبہ وطالبات کو فراہم کیے جاسکیں گے، اس بات کا فیصلہ ہونا ہے کہ داخلہ فارم سندھ بینک کی مقررہ شاخوں یا سرکاری کالجوں سے طلبہ و طالبات کو فراہم کیے جائیں گے اور طلبہ و طالبات پرشدہ فارم کالج یا بینک میں جمع کرائیں گے۔

محکمہ تعلیم نے27 جولائی کو انٹر کے داخلوں کے لیے آن لائن داخلہ پالیسی کا اعلان کیا تھا اور داخلہ فارم ماضی کی طرح بینک کی شاخوں کے بجائے صرف محکمہ تعلیم کی ویب سائٹ پر آن لائن نظام میں ہی دستیاب تھے اس دوران 11روز میں پیرکی صبح ساڑھے 10بجے تک 3325 داخلہ فارم جمع ہوسکے تھے۔

جبکہ سندھ بینک کی مقررہ شاخوں میں آن لائن جمع کرائے گئے داخلہ فارم کی کاپی کی موصولی کی تعداد اس سے بھی کم تھی شہرکے متوسط اور نچلے متوسط اور مضافاتی علاقوں میں انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت نہ ہونے کے سبب طلبہ وطالبات کو آن لائن نظام میں داخلہ فارم پر کرنے میں شدید دشواری کا سامنا تھا جبکہ بیشتر سرکاری کالجوں میں بھی انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت موجود نہیں تھی جس کے سبب انٹرسال اول کے داخلہ فارم جمع کرانے والے امیدواروں کی تعداد انتہائی محدود رہی۔

Subject : TAQREEBAT E AZADI DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2014

It has been decided by the Government that function pertaining is independence day will be commenced from 1st August and will continue through out month till 31st August 2014. you are requested to ensure following events in your respective districts.

i Hosting of National Flag on the offices of Education Department and Public & Private Schools w.e.f 1st August for the entire month.

ii Wearing of National Flag badges by all officials of Education department whole of month of August.

iii Holding of Debating competition highlighting the importance of independence.

iv Holding of sports event during the month of august

v Opening of school will be ensure 14th August and holding of functions regarding to independence day
